Went here for brunch over the weekend and our food was great. Had a great waitress. She was always there to see if we needed anything to drink and just so pleasant. Thank you for making our meal so enjoyable. I believe her name was Mary lou. We will be back soon.
I had a Bacon Cheese Burger and TaterTots from these guys at a concert at Hannah Nicole Winery in Brentwood. The meal was perfection! Thanks for the extra mayo for my burger...just perfect and delicious.
Working hard and working fast these guys make a burger your going to eat fast. One of the newest east bay food carts from the legendary Copper Skillet Resteraunt in Martinez since 1978. A diverse assortment your sure to enjoy, if not, dont worry, these guys have the disease to please so just tell the staff and they will get to work on your ideal lunch. Cooking to order isnt easy, and making a good burger is hard but these guys definitely have a unique approach.
***UPDATE*** So impressed with the quick response I got back from the owner that I am updating this review to 4 stars for customer service and we will definitely be going back to give them another shot when they are running at 100%. Completely understand that there can always be issues and it was nice to get an explanation for the long wait and below par food. Always willing to give someone another chance when deserved!!! ********************************************************************************************************************* I SO wanted to love this food truck. Three of us went for lunch in San Ramon today and you could tell that they were having problems. We ordered 1 burger and 3 munchie tots between us and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. The tots themselves were cooked perfect, but to be honest I expected the cheese to be melted and the onions to be grilled so they were just ok, and I didn't get any spicy sauce. My friend's jalapeno tots weren't great either, just a scoop of cream cheese on top, not melted at all and just wasn't flavorful at all. When my other friend bit into her burger is was raw in the middle and she just tossed it. No time to go back and complain, so we are just out the money. Just not cool for having waited so long. I would have only given them 1 star except that the guys in the truck were so nice and kept apologizing for the wait and were really trying. We go to the trucks here once a week and were hoping to put them in our rotation, but across the board we all said we won't be back.
